Burro for Nativity
Each December, Alexandria First Christian Church presents a Living Nativity program. For the past six years, we have used one of Barks & Brays donkeys in our scene; either Dusty or Taco. The donkeys have been a major hit. We have never had a problem with either donkey. Both have allowed the children to pet them and feed them. The joy they have brought to our program has been such a blessing. I highly recommend using their animals.

Pet care consultation
Our eldest cat (12 yrs), Emma, has diabetes and has been developing new complications thru the years. She has needed insulin shots, oral medications for pain and potassium deficiency, and recently fluids administered 2x per week. Alexis was wonderful at teaching us how to administer her oral medication simply. But more importantly, how to to do the daunting task of giving her fluids. She instructed where to place the needle, now to monitor the progress of the fluids, how to keep Emma calm, how to get to the appropriate dose, etc. Now, we are able to do her fluids 2x a week very easily! I would definitely want someone like Alexis to be taking care of Emma's complicated issues for me.
